Without any warning dark beings storm the palace. In Lionheart Tactics you fulfill your duty as a knight by pushing back the enemy. The campaign leads you step by step through more than 200 battles. You not only need to fight with your sword, but also have be smart about it. Fights take place turn-based – first you execute your actions, then the opponent comes into play.
Initially you are on your own. However, as the story progresses your group of heroes increases. Each one of them has its own class that includes various skills and strengths, but also weaknesses. To move one of the characters into a specific location, you tap on him as well as on his destination. If the action gets tight during the battles, you can turn things around via special attacks. In between fights your heroes have to practice – because only practice makes perfect, and stronger.
Conclusion:
The RPG does not only require a sharp sword, but also a sharp mind. Fights get more and more difficult. Additional content, unfortunately, has to be obtained via in-app purchase.
